The compliments received so far are those published immediately after the opening of the shop because for several months now, the staff has been at the limit of politeness. In particular, an employee with glasses is truly incompetent, rude and slow. He provided me with the wrong medicines and was never able to give me the most basic pharmacological advice. We need to go already informed! Otherwise... you might as well die! In the 2 months of the pandemic I avoided going back due to the long lines that were created because of it. Even the owner is no exception! They have no respect for their customers in the slightest. If they don't know you they won't even say hello. A few weeks ago, an elderly lady who was in line was made to move forward by us customers because with only 3 people before her, she had been waiting for about 25 minutes! They don't even accept criticism. To any objection they will tell you that you are rude and that's it! So much for democracy! The products all have list prices and no discounts are given as is now the case in all pharmacies in Rome and Italy! Just travel a few kilometers further and go to the well-stocked pharmacy in town where they offer 10% by default and they are all very nice. Furthermore, until a few weeks ago they were among the retailers in Rome who sold masks at an exorbitant price! If they continue to behave like this they will have a short life in the area. Not surprisingly and fortunately, it is always empty! I won't set foot there again!

Service always extremely slow. Very often they provide products different from the requests (e.g. sachets instead of syrups or suspensions).
