Trusted pharmacy for three years already, they have always listened to me with kindness and professionalism, helping me with any type of problem. The staff is highly qualified and very helpful.

The pharmacy is well stocked, the qualified and trained staff is also very kind, they helped me find the right medicine for my problem several times. I also bought some glasses from Fantastic colorful reading. I gladly recommend it!

Let me start by saying that I am not a regular customer of this pharmacy, as soon as I enter I am stared at and I already feel uncomfortable. I ask politely if they drill holes in their ears and when the answer is positive I ask if I can do one. The pharmacist looks at me and replies "yes, but not now and not today" without giving a reason and with an annoyed expression (at least this was my feeling). There were two people behind the counter and no one in line. I don't think I will go back there again nor will I recommend it. It's a shame on the part of professionals in the sector, I expected a better attitude towards the person.

Very large pharmacy, mostly stocked with beauty products. Medicines often have to be ordered. The staff were friendly except for a couple who responded rudely. And today when they are full for swabs they don't even answer the phone.

I went to this pharmacy during a stay in Parma. The structure is located in the south-eastern part of the city near the Traversetolo exit of the southern ring road. The interior is not very large but is well stocked. The pharmacist is very friendly and explained to me in detail how to use the medicines I purchased.
