I have read many negative reviews about the Monte Grappa Pharmacy. It seems very strange to me, the staff is very well trained and if by chance the medicine isn't there they will have it delivered at 10am the next day.

Obnoxious and pissed off pharmacist. ALWAYS smile if you work in contact with the public, even if it's 6.40pm!!!

I go to this pharmacy very few times, even though it is the closest to my home, because they always find some problem in not providing you with what the doctor prescribes. This morning I go there due to time constraints to take a simple generic antibiotic, which I have always taken, with a regular medical prescription The blonde pharmacist complete with an ffp2 mask looks at the sheet and tells me that the product is not available, it is not on the market and that I have to get my prescription changed. I try to object but she says she's sorry and dismisses me. I go to the local pharmacy and they give it to me immediately and I return with the medicine to the blonde and tell her to stock up at Santa Marta. Shame !
