After having supplied myself for months in this pharmacy for a long therapy, on December 25th the owner refused to give me a drug in an emergency situation, shouting on the phone that asking for drugs without a prescription puts her business at risk and to go to the emergency medical service. . Although I understand the need to protect the business, it is always a choice to be kind to patients (who we have been following for months) in a moment of extreme need.

I have been a customer for many years and I must say that I have found professionalism, availability and courtesy at the highest levels among the staff, always ready to solve the problems of us users. Furthermore, it must be said that it is difficult if not impossible to find a pharmacy that is always open 365 days a year holidays included from morning to evening continuously.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and I have never seen so much patience towards me, I almost feel like family, understanding patients
