Bad, approximate. They got the wrong medicine with a request in hand, and when I asked for a change they even turned their noses up and gave me back the difference in price, just because I said no to their attempt to give me more.

Pharmacy but also many other services: home delivery of medicines, continuous opening hours even on Saturdays, whatsapp for reservations and advice. App for taking medication reminders and medical analysis history. Controls of blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and food intolerances. Homeopathic products and Bach flower mixtures. Veterinary drugs. Cosmetic consultancy and products for the beauty of the face and body. All with professionalism and attention to the customer.

Yet another pharmacy with rude pharmacists. Introduction, everyone does their job, which they should know, but it must be done with respect and courtesy. Especially if the client has done this with you. I asked for a drug, which they have always given me in other pharmacies. Here, laughing in my face and rudely, I was told that the recipe was needed. Ok I said it wasn't a problem, I would have left without informing myself better, and they continued to treat me as if I were a thief.. remember that you are in contact with the public like just as many jobs and professionals, and we are not all rude and thieves.

Well-stocked pharmacy. Average prices. Staff generally very helpful and polite, not everything depends on the pharmacist you find. Short average waiting time, depends on the time.

NEVER AGAIN'. It's not the first time I've gone but yesterday something really unpleasant happened to me: I went to the pharmacy to get a medicine that I've been using every month for many years. The pharmacist tells me that the drug is there but points out that my prescription has expired, I reply that I hadn't noticed and that I will take care of it but I ask to be able to have the drug anyway. The pharmacist laughing in my face says: "no, the prescription has expired". I tried to point out that it is a drug that I take every month and that even if a prescription had expired it was there but nothing, the lady was only able to say no with a cocky smile. I left before I became rude. Beyond the fact that my prescription had expired and this was a mistake, ok there is a way to respond. If he had said "I'm sorry but I really can't", with a modicum of understanding I wouldn't have said anything. Instead I felt ridiculed. And anyway I didn't go asking for who knows what but a simple contraceptive. In other pharmacies they don't even ask for a prescription and in others even if it has expired they still give you the important thing is that you have a prescription. I have never had any problems with the other pharmacists who work there and my prescription had not expired since yesterday... regardless, I will never set foot in this pharmacy again.
