at 9pm on 4/11/23 I had a problem relating to the fact that I needed an urgent drug for my mother with a heart condition and a pacemaker wearer. Well, due to congested lines, I was unable to speak to the Emergency Medical Service and so I called the Morini pharmacy in Bastiglia MO which was on duty: 1) HE RESPONDED TO ME PROMPTLY 2) It saved me the time of going directly to the emergency medical service in Carpi 3) he waited for me (I came from outside the area) in front of the pharmacy and RESOLVE my emergency WITH COURTESY and COMPETENCE Thanks again Dr. Morini!!
Pay attention to the timetables. For several days I went to the pharmacy at 12.50pm and it was always closed. The indicated closing times are incorrect, they do not close at 1pm.
Clean, tidy, well-stocked pharmacy but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Empathy and kindness are not really their strong points, at least the few times I went there. When I can I avoid going there, I prefer to stock up on pharmacies with more courteous and kind staff.
I couldn't find a drug in Veneto where I live. The Morini pharmacy sent it to me promptly. I found a lot of availability and kindness. I thank Dr. Giuseppe Morini
