I'm sorry because I've been going to this pharmacy for many years and the doctors are always very kind and helpful, but yesterday I was a big disappointment, I didn't know that a drug couldn't be prescribed online and so it wasn't given to me even though it was for a very elderly person and invalid.

I don't go there often (fortunately), but those times I have gone I have always had a good time. The queue is there like in any other pharmacy (I've been to much worse) and during the pandemic I often took swabs from them. The organization wasn't the best and perhaps it would have been possible to improve something, but I could see that it was like this almost everywhere, so in the end it was average. The staff were always friendly and helpful, even when I had Covid and they prepared the medicines for me to collect directly without having to enter. The opening hours are also excellent so I recommend it.
