So, I went to this pharmacy because the other one near the town hall where they are very kind was closed. I went to get cough syrup for my 4 year old. The lady who served me didn't even say hello. I showed her 2 options, and she said she had both, so I chose 1 then I see the color is different, I ask her if it's for kids, she said yes. Then I get to the car I started reading the information leaflet and I see that it is forbidden for children under 3 years of age, she didn't ask me the age of the child, then I realized that it was a food supplement. I went back to the pharmacy and she immediately - so what happened? I said: but this is not a cough syrup, it's a supplement. Her: but I gave him what he asked for, and this is for the cough! Look, I'll never go back to this pharmacy, I really don't recommend it, the staff doesn't know how to work with people.

Poorly professional staff. I bought two creams with a 30% discount, complete with signs and promotion from the same pharmacy. Absentmindedly, I trusted the person who received the receipt, who, despite knowing that the promotion had been active for several days (over 1 week, therefore impossible not to know), did not offer the discount. Thinking it was a mistake, I asked my partner to come and have the transfer done, well they ridiculed her and laughed at her. They said they didn't know the discount procedures etc. in the end only when two of us pointed out that they were committing a fraud and only after some customers (who had nothing to do with it) complained about the scam did they resolve it with a refund.

Be wary of the pharmacy manager and his colleague, they are thieves! They tried to scam me in front of everyone for a measly 16 euros... a shame! They started making absurd excuses for not declaring the discount as a promotion. They are mean people who do these scams especially to the elderly so be careful and always re-read your receipts!
