Farmacia Municipale N.12

Due to urgent need I had to go there for the third time as I am a resident of the area. My review will end up forgotten along with the others but I would like to point it out and strongly advise against even going to ask a question because the staff - a bald man and a girl with glasses - are really grumpy and laugh in the faces of customers. They are not able to provide assistance nor do they have knowledge of medicines. The bald gentleman also allows himself to make inappropriate ironic comments regarding the request for medicines. ZERO empathy. You don't deserve to help especially elderly people if you treat people this way. Instead of replying with the already set comment offering fake apologies, do something to change the staff!!!!

staff who are most of the time rude, in particular the doctor Francesco P who served me today, he asks questions that he can easily trace by seeing the prescriptions, but he doesn't want to, he absolutely doesn't smile and makes you regret having entered this pharmacy, it seems you're doing him a favor.

What can I say if I could I would give zero. Not only are the drugs rarely available but the doctor is incredibly rude. Never again .

Good morning, given that most of the time the medicine is not available and you have to order it.... it's the way you work as a pharmacy and it was the answer given to me by the sales clerk Mr Alessandra on duty today 19th August and to conclude he tells me that there are other pharmacies.....so much professionalism....congratulations if we started going to other pharmacies in the area you would be on the list of many other unemployed people

11/07/22 I have been to this pharmacy more than once and I can say that the staff is rude and lazy in carrying out their duties (especially the curvy woman). They always tend to treat customers poorly. If you don't want to have a bad experience like mine and others, don't go there.
