Farmacia Municipale N.15

A typical (good) Italian pharmacy. Please note: not quite what u get in the UK or USA. Most drugs require a prescription - but you can still get paracetamol, aspirin (and other over the counter medicinals) plasters, and even siringes without one.

The attention is really good, a quiet place

In this pharmacy they almost never have anything you need even to order it: what supplies do they have?? Furthermore, not only do they not answer the phone (always connected to the fax [does it still exist?]) but they don't even read their emails except rarely and to the complaints about not making the elderly and disabled people tired of going back and forth, someone responded , of arrogant ignorance by refusing to dispense a drug via email complete with the GP's signature, with delusional excuses and one wonders who formed these characters. Unheard of.

I've been going there for years but this morning a rude doctor ended my good experience. I advise the doctor with the curls to attend a public relations course. Rude and arrogant even though she had made a mistake.

What can I say, the staff is friendly and helpful.... When I am there... the pharmacy is rarely punctual during opening hours. In the closing ones they break the second but when they have to open there is never anyone there.
