First encounter .Extremely indifferent attitude towards customers……
The pharmacy is too small and the entrance inadequate. There is often a long queue outside the door. The premises are old and inserted in a decadent and slightly run-down structure (municipal market).
Terrible experience, I read other comments about kindness and helpfulness, perhaps the staff has changed or they don't talk about the pharmacy in via Alex Visconti. I found little availability and they even closed the door in my face at 7.01pm after I had been waiting outside for 5 minutes due to covid (there were 3 people inside). While they locked the door they justified themselves by saying that they closed at 7pm and they were 7.01pm. As if someone in the pharmacy had to buy sweets. I wasn't even asked what I needed and if I needed an emergency medication? But how can you close the door in a person's face and be considered kind and helpful. I just have a bad experience confirmed several times. Maybe they should take some courses on how to "treat" people, especially because if someone goes to the pharmacy maybe they're not feeling so good.
Legitimate question when are you thinking of changing personnel? This doctor is absolutely not available and among other things rather rude we must necessarily use Bonola if we want courtesy and availability and she is always unavailable
After years of using this pharmacy, it is the first time that I have been denied an important medicine because the prescription has expired. I kindly asked if it would be possible to have it for a fee and that on Monday I would send you the new prescription since it is available. this rude doctor on top of that it is no longer possible to enter with peace of mind, I will certainly never show up again and I will certainly not be the only one
