Slowest service. I waited approx 1 hour to buy medicines as only one doctor is assisting clients beyond the desk. Moreover once indecisive clients get to the desk they spend more and more time explaining and selling (not medicines often creams and para-pharmacy products) It’s a pity to have a store next to home while it’s selling more cosmetics than medicines. Please improve the service and do not leave only one doctor with an infinite line outside. It’s a matter of organization and really impacts on clients perception of the Lloyd chain

Discrimination and racism from the part of the pharmacist without the slightest effort to decently behave when communicating with the customer. Today I came to the pharmacy to take my order: the pharmacist was having some friendly chit-chat on the phone for 10 minutes(as she said later, with her boss). While on the phone, she brought me the order and made some gestures like “take, take, go, leave”. I stayed there because I wanted to ask to give me the prescription back. When she has finished her call after literally 5-7 minutes, and there was a queue after me already, I finally got an answer to my question. What a customer-oriented service! I would like to be contacted by administration of the pharmacy. This is unacceptable. P.S. The way she communicated with Italian customers was completely different - friendly and trying to help - since I came there twice today, I saw this pharmacist talking to the Italian customers, and the difference was extremely noticeable.

The pharmacist helped me find everything I needed, let me know what was on sale and helped me with ingredients. He also gave me samples! The service and kindness in this location is above and beyond and I appreciate that so much!

Good place normally people don’t speak English but it was easier to deal with the staff as they were well versed with English and also gave the right medication.
