I love this pharmacy. The Doctors are WONDERFUL! They answer the phone even 10 minutes before opening. Anyone who says otherwise isn't telling the truth. Last night there was a Doctor who was so kind and so innately kind that I was moved.

Excellent and well-stocked pharmacy, in particular Dr. Anastasia stands out for her dedication to work and formidable preparation in the pharmaceutical field, another commendable aspect is the human side, with which she tirelessly seeks resolution to the various problems of the individual client.

Biblical waiting times. You know when you come in, you don't know when you're going to come out. Every time I set foot there I waste at least half an hour, even when I only have 2/3 people in front of me. Perhaps the staff is not clear that YOU GO TO THE PHARMACY OUT OF NECESSITY and not for fun. Furthermore, there is always a shortage of medicines! They then book them for you and tell you to come back the next day, just to give you another 30 minutes of waiting (best case). If you can go to another pharmacy, do it!

Terrible pharmacy, the worst I've ever set foot in. I should have noticed it from the fact that the first customers who had been served left huffing and cursing. Rude, listless and above all slow staff: it took them 35 minutes to serve 4 customers. After a reprehensible waiting time, they refused to sell me simple calcium carbonate (the main component of egg shells and cuttlefish bones, which obviously does not require a medical prescription because it is a simple calcium supplement) on their initiative, not even they were doctors and I asked them about arsenic. To call them shameful is an understatement! .If I could give - 10 I would.

Received by a very kind pharmacist who served us and advised us on mosquito repellents. Despite a misunderstanding due to English, she agreed to take the product back to give me another one, with complete kindness.
