I asked the pharmacist if my doctor's prescriptions were necessary for the drugs I was showing her because in case I could return with them, so as to pay less. She says no because the first aid sheet I had was valid as a prescription. I ask her confused if it was valid as a prescription and if she therefore confirmed that my doctor's ones were not needed and she nods. receipt of 23 euros. I look at it and tell her that I know the drugs well and the one listed on the receipt is not the right price with the prescription. He explains to me that he needed the doctor's prescription for that. Understanding the situation, she apologizes for "having explained herself poorly", but when I ask her to return or at least exchange the medicines for generic ones to pay less she says no. 🤡

it is not acceptable to wait patiently for over 10 minutes for your turn to be told by the doctor that there are too many people in the queue so she cannot advise me on the purchase of dermocosmetics products and therefore to look at them alone if I want them. ..if it is not possible to avoid it in any way, before entering this pharmacy again I will make sure that there are no possible customers within a few hundred meters. Total lack of professionalism.
