Announced opening time: 8.30am At 8.45am we were still locked out with the shop shutter half down
Many people talk because they have never worked with customers, they don't know how to wait, they must understand that many elderly people want to know something more and they are always available even on the phone. A big thank you to Doctor Fosca who, in addition to being Calabrian like me (I'm joking), is very knowledgeable, smiling, friendly and kind... So since I'm 40 years old I'm not yet stoned, in my opinion those who speak badly about it don't perhaps know where it is !!!!!! Daniela yamamay
This morning at 8.20 I was in front to the pharmacy to take tachipirina due to high fever, I waited for the opening which was supposed to be at 8.30... The pharmacist, a boy, arrived late, he opened but didn't let us in with the excuse of having to arrange crates with products received, and not only that, upon my urgent request he told me that I had to wait because he was alone. All of this was done in a rude and impolite manner by a person who has to deal with customers, in all this it was 8.45am and again saying that the portal was off and that it would take 15 minutes to be able to open it, at that point it would have been 9.... Naturally the customers including me left, but I would like to point out that if a public business like the pharmacy has an opening time of 8.30am that should be it, the problems regarding management do not these are customer problems without counting a pharmacist who shouts at a really bad customer, I won't set foot there again..
May 23, 2020 6:22 pm I called 14 times and no one answered: they let it ring until the answering machine is activated or they put the phone so that sometimes it is busy.
