Finally one of the best chain of pharmacies in Milan. Products are displayed clearly and in a tidy fashion. There are discounts every week and prices are good. The service is excellent and this one is open 24 hours. Go for it, especially at night, it’s in a safe area of the city.

The pharmacist with straight black hair and the mustache of a scientific luminary that I had the displeasure of meeting was terrible, he made me very nervous with his way of acting, perhaps because he was disturbed while watching videos with another right near the entrance to the Pharmacy. He responded arrogantly to a request for a drug for which I didn't know the prescription was needed, almost as if he wanted to be "smart" I preferred to avoid any response On the contrary, the colleague who then served me was calm and kind. I went to this pharmacy during the night for a small emergency regarding my four year old son. Unfortunately, I was treated very rudely. Sin! I suggest a more available person for the night shift.
Arrogant and inappropriate “pharmacists”. Absolutely unprofessional since when I asked for the drugs the pharmacist started joking and making jokes with my husband about not making the undersigned angry ("make sure you buy the right thing otherwise he'll throw it out of the house") instead of maintaining a relationship professional and strictly business. My husband came home upset. Absolutely not recommended.
