Yesterday, I was on the street, I usually go to Monte Suello, I went in and found a girl with curly hair behind the counter. She immediately seemed irritating to me. I took some medicine and then brought the prescription for my dog ​​and was told to come by in the morning after they would order it. A little while ago, I passed by and there was always this young lady who was at the PC while the other one was serving someone. There were two of us. A moment later a lady comes in and, rudely, says to me: in a frustrated tone: "there was the lady first". I pretend nothing happened and tell the lady, who was looking at me astonished, to proceed. The aforementioned person behind the counter replies, always in a frustrated and arrogant tone. : “Anyway, I have something else to do, wait! “I reply: “I'm leaving” and she says: “bye”!!! Now . Anyone who plays a representative role cannot represent themselves. This person should be removed!!!

Pharmacy which is truly an excellent and safe reference in the neighborhood. Vast availability of drugs, parapharmaceuticals, beauty products also on specific request. I didn't buy anything, I left after 15 minutes of waiting in line, during which the pharmacist at the counter did nothing but complain dramatically every time a customer came in as closing time was approaching. Slow in serving and rude to customers.

If it weren't for one of the pharmacists (always rude and almost annoyed to do her job) I would give it five stars. The young doctors are always very helpful and knowledgeable and the shop's assortment is wide and complete.

If it is true that the vision of the pharmacy has changed in recent times, going from a medical apothecary to an almost shopping center with the sale of various types of products, including non-medicinal ones, the municipal pharmacy 71 represents the meeting point of the 2 different aspects. The presence for example of 2 counters: one for commercial and the other for pharmaceuticals characterize it. Furthermore, being part of a large chain, the price of the parapharmacy is often much lower than other pharmacies. Furthermore, I also benefit from the presence of a points collection card valid for the entire chain which allows you to obtain substantial cash discounts on further purchases forever in a very short time. Finally, I find it useless to underline the professionalism, availability and competence of the staff who do not limit themselves to selling at any cost (in medicine there can also be refusal to sell in the absence of a prescription) but tend to recommend cheaper products that are equally valid, also because their work is non-profit taking the same salary regardless of any sales made.
