This morning I witnessed inappropriate, offensive, rude, aggressive behavior on the part of the doctor/pharmacist with short gray hair towards a girl who works there who is wearing a blue coat, I felt uncomfortable because a work colleague is not in that way, moreover in front of customers, for really trivial reasons. I felt very bad for the girl, who with great politeness remained calm and respectful in the face of such behavior. It's not right!

Extremely rude staff. They didn't know me and called me "you" at first sight, almost in a manner of condescension and superiority. Then when they understood, for work reasons, what my job is, they never called me by title but "sir"... well...

Our son's bottle broke in the middle of a public holiday and, doing an online search, this pharmacy appeared as the pharmacy on duty. I drove 15 km to find myself faced with a lowered shutter. I called and the pharmacist replied firmly that she wouldn't come down to open the door for a bottle. Now, I realize that a bottle of milk is not a life-saving drug, but for a baby of a few months two hours from home it is still a small emergency.

Historic pharmacy in Sora, it is always well stocked, and both the owners and the staff are always very kind and available to help solve any problem. It's definitely one of my reference points forever.

Slowness more unique than rare, rude and not very smart. I went in to take 2 medicines, one mine and one not!! I asked to have two separate accounts and so it was, the only thing is that I had to pay for the other medicine with the rest money because "they are not the bank of Italy". At this point I wonder, do you give the others the rest or do as you did with me?
