I have been purchasing from this pharmacy for years. I have always had a great time even when I order drugs for veterinary use they get them to me within a few hours! Always efficient...I now feel like I'm part of the family

Unfortunately, for the administration of the 4th dose I went to this pharmacy. Terrible service and disorganization. I had an appointment at 9 am, I went to the pharmacy and was told that the vaccines are administered at 1 pm. I should have called, but I thought they were more organized and that they would not have changed the time they had communicated to the Ministry of Health. 4 hours. Among other things, the person who rescheduled my appointment was the same one who then gave me the vaccine. It is useless to say that I will never enter this pharmacy again because if they are not very organized for vaccines they are not very organized in everything. Among other things, they are also very arrogant and rude.

I received the fourth dose of the anti-Covid vaccine at the Murino pharmacy and I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy, professionalism and organization I found among the staff. Each vaccinated person was also given the "I am vaccinated" pin. I found it really nice that a structure that manages a public service that was free at that time donated a "souvenir" of the experience at its own expense. The gift of a "smile" is always the most welcome. An alternative way of being "the people's pharmacy", and reminding people to get vaccinated.
