Unfortunately I have to report the rude, to say the least, behavior of the employee present at the station in front of the entrance to Via Pacinotti who, yesterday morning 05.06.2023, delivered to me two packs of products I ordered and to collect which were not the same as I had requested. The employee, claiming that the products were the same in any case, invited me in a rude and insolent manner not to buy them if I no longer wanted them, throwing back the credit card that I had already given her.

I enter for the first time, I ask for information and I am instructed, from the box at the entrance, to go directly to the counter at the back of the room. I wait standing for several minutes, waiting for my turn, when a second pharmacist comes out and calls a number. Only then do I discover there is a number dispenser at the entrance that had not been pointed out to me before. I apologize by saying that I don't have one, the pharmacist still decides to serve me before the two ladies who arrived AFTER me but had a numbered ticket. At that moment the aforementioned ladies run towards me and attack me to such an extent that I thought the pharmacist was immediately asking them to move back given the lack of mandatory safety distance, moreover to the detriment of a person at risk because she is pregnant. But no, not only did it not happen but she even told me (visibly pregnant with a third trimester belly) that she had changed her mind, that she prefers to serve whoever has the number, and that I have to queue again (while she had entered a third person, so I would have to RE queue for 3 people who arrived after me). . Ok, the number rule, it would have been polite to notify me when I asked for directions, or to serve me anyway, since I queued and didn't steal anyone's place. But the even more serious and painful thing was the mockery of making me approach the counter, telling me that it didn't matter that I didn't have the number, and then sending me away immediately afterwards without the slightest consideration and inviting me to queue behind 3 people who had arrived. after me, and I repeat, even though I had already queued. I left to look for another pharmacy and obviously I will never return due to the inconvenience I felt. Certain attitudes should be avoided when working in contact with people, kindness towards others should never be optional, but above all the sadism in forcing a woman in her seventh month to wait in line multiplied by 3 despite having been in line for longer time than whoever else was in there at the time without even apologizing for the inconvenience they were causing me is embarrassing, unfair and uncivilized. I hope you reflect on what happened and never do the same again to other poor unfortunates in your pharmacy but instead be more civil and kind.
