Close 20 min before time !!!! People that comes to the pharmacy is because they need ! We walked 30 min and they just decided to close 20 min before !!! Bad

I had to collect some medicines, which the doctor had just sent me via email, and as I was passing through I decided to enter this pharmacy. The queue manager was broken, but luckily there was only one person before me. When it was time to leave, however, a rather long queue was created. The pharmacist who served me was quite young and very kind. Unfortunately they didn't have a medicine, which I had to go get elsewhere.

I used to buy drugs or other products in this pharmacy but unfortunately it has now become a money machine and that's it. In times of "real" need, pharmacists have empathy and a non-existent ability to manage procedures. When the owner is not present, unfortunately they limit themselves to being cashiers, not doctors. With the recipe on WhatsApp for an emergency there was nothing that could be done. Then the emergency room is packed… For a damn drug... as if patients enjoyed taking useless drugs... Fortunately, not all pharmacies are like this but there is still a lot of humanity and understanding. From today I will no longer be their customer obviously and luckily I resolved it in another pharmacy.

9. 6. 2024 at 00:30 the pharmacy was on duty and since the PC did not start I was not served. Did they only have one PC? After the second reminder the woman found the solution by telling me to go to the other pharmacy on duty (on the other side of the city). Only on this island do they give you answers like that. Terrible service.

at 11.50pm the pharmacy closed the shutter and closed the cash register so I couldn't get the emergency medicine I needed. If the pharmacy closes 10/15 minutes earlier you MUST change your opening hours to the public and close at 11.50pm so people don't come unnecessarily, thank you.
