Shameful! Booked swab but apparently booking is useless since you then find yourself queuing on a first come, first serve basis together with all those not booked. Queue in the cold in the middle of the street, everyone crowded together (despite the distances), swab tests carried out one after the other without changing gloves, disinfectant, etc... results shouted on the pavement among the people, positives put aside, zero respect for privacy! I think this service was set up not as a community service but exclusively for business. €15 per swab, among other things without a receipt! I repeat, SHAMEFUL!

Swab: terrible, embarrassing service, without any consideration, without disinfecting anything, without recording the customer's data but only handing over a piece of paper (which the lady in charge of the swabs couldn't even find!) with the name and date written on it but NOT the surname . Subsequently waiting for the result on the street, and then picking up the printout at the pharmacy, privacy doesn't exist, even if we were beasts. Shameful!!! I invite those responsible to check this massacre.

Stopping for a coffee, I observed how the swab was performed on 5 customers: the gloves were not changed, neither the table nor the chair was disinfected and for the sampling, the swab entered the nose very briefly. Added to the precarious cleaning, rather than a Covid verification service, it seemed to me to be a possible place of contagion.

As always a good judgement, almost always a lot of people, but well supplied and organised.

If you can, go elsewhere. On a positive note, the price of the swab, otherwise there is a lot of disorganization... Reservation is useless, queue on the sidewalk
