The historic Muzio pharmacy has joined a group and the pharmacists have also changed: little empathy with some customers, too much with others. Little control and therefore "free rein" management with a manager who is unable to standardize the behavior of the staff. The conclusion is expressed in the regret for a pharmacy that was once family-run, which passed the baton from generation to generation and was for years a fixed point for citizens

Unfortunately, I find myself agreeing with the review that precedes this one, the methods are the same although I have not had to deal with the doctors mentioned; but, at this point, if the lack of courtesy is company policy, it needs to be reviewed. I am always shocked when, in the face of a kind attitude, I get answers from the other side that, to define as rude, is an understatement. I understand that working with the public can be nerve-wracking but it would be good to respond with "the same coin" if you are given kindness and respect.

I had the opportunity to use the Muzio Pharmacy for a Holter exam for my wife and I found professionalism and courtesy even during the booking phase.

Well-stocked pharmacy and quick in retrieving medicines that are not present. Very polite and efficient staff.

I will avoid this pharmacy, the lady with red hair is uniquely arrogant and arrogant. And I'm not talking about the one with the very short red hair, but the other one (who I think was following a new girl). You reply annoyed as if you were giving away or paying for the medicines out of your own pocket, furthermore, I understand that I'm not a handsome man but at least greetings to customers after buying from you is the minimum. More professionalism ma'am, otherwise you should retire directly...
