Historic pharmacy in Borgo Rivo, courtesy and availability are at home. I recently had a covid19 test done on a 3 year old girl and I must say that the doctor in charge was really very good at managing the little girl's anxiety. Human and professional. I have been working in this pharmacy since it started business, I must say that I preferred the old furniture with the huge wooden counter and with all the drawers in plain sight in the same precious material, rather than the more austere and modern current layout. But needs change over time and with them the consequent inevitable changes (a few years ago the place was radically renovated). To be honest, if I have to necessarily nitpick, it has happened to me several times that I didn't find medicines immediately and had to order them and then have to come back later. Medicines that I instead found immediately available in other pharmacies. This is a bit of a nuisance for the user, but I was probably just a bit unlucky to ask for certain medicines at those precise moments when they had just finished.....

One star because you can't give less than 30 minutes of waiting for a swab complete with an appointment, in the end I went to Gabelletta without an appointment and it was done in 2 minutes, so the usual inefficient service also adds to the anger of this latest story and 1 star is too much

After hours of queuing for the swab test, they were sent away, even refusing to make a reservation for the afternoon when they would resume. I point out that there was more than an hour left before closing.

You queue and before entering your temperature is taken and you have to sanitize your hands. Professional.
