I have been a customer of this pharmacy for several years, competent, prepared people, always smiling and available. A special thanks to Emanuela who helped me solve a problem that was not very pleasant for me. Wide choice of products. I always leave satisfied with the advice of all the staff.

My experience was not positive. Obnoxious sales assistant, who showed contempt and accused me of having torn the packaging of a candle (cheap, with a smell proportional to the cost) while it was already torn (as was that of another candle that she had given me given to look/feel) and I, in opening them, was absolutely delicate. In my opinion, he is a person who judges others by certain appearances and MAYBE he is nice and respectful only with people he knows and/or with people who never leave the house with a certain type of look. Ah, and to stay in the same sector of beauty etc, the beggar that I am worked for 4 years in the Estee Lauder/Clinique/Tom Ford etc group in Paris, so being treated this way by the Negrotto Pharmacy in Pegli, I will avoid it definitely, next time!!
