I went to this pharmacy very often during my pregnancy and even now with two small children I frequent it quite a bit. I have always found everything I needed (when it is not available, it is ordered in record time: in the morning for the afternoon). They have many products in their line as they are preparatory pharmacists and are often cheaper than the big brands but just as high quality. You can pay electronically without problems (I don't understand the other reviews that say otherwise). I was also kindly helped when I needed 'services' (change of doctor, blood pressure measurement, ...) Customer management with the number taken at the entrance is very efficient. Perhaps at first glance not all staff members are equally empathetic and sociable, but after spending some time together I can say that they are all very helpful. And since I come back often, I bought the loyalty card for the discounts ;) In short: for me it is a point of reference in the neighborhood.

I've been going there for years and have always had a good time. In recent months I have met a pharmacist who unfortunately has a truly unbearable way of acting: he claimed that my Revolut card was no good because "it's not a real bank". When I tried to point out to him that it's simply an online bank and that's how I've always paid, he attacked me on the grounds that he was selling me a birth control pill without having seen the prescription. I had the recipe in hand, I didn't show it simply because he didn't ask me. In the end I paid with my usual Revolut by holding my phone close to the POS and he didn't notice. After a few weeks, the unnecessarily aggressive and non-logical sense ways remained imprinted on me. After the inconvenience I experienced, I am opting for another pharmacy in the area.

To avoid a banal over-the-counter drug normally on sale for around €2, I was made to pay more than €6'50 at the same pharmacy distributor, the drug in question cost €5. Furthermore, the pharmacist didn't want to make me pay with my mobile phone because his opinion would have crippled the position. Obviously good evening and thank you were not said but I was treated with annoyance.
