kind staff
Heart pharmacy 🙂 Kind and helpful doctors. Ready to advise you if you have any questions or doubts. Fast and practical night service.
It was of great help to me as I was leaving a hospital.
I would put - 1 star. Rude, rude, but above all totally incompetent night pharmacist. I urgently needed a drug without a prescription, I was asked for a document that was not necessary, as per the law. I contacted other night call centers who confirmed that that specific document was not necessary. The pharmacist didn't want to know and with peremptory and overbearing obstinacy he told me to go to the only other pharmacy open in Turin at night (given the holiday period taken in the same weeks by all the pharmacies, an excellent service for the community in a city of 1 million inhabitants), which in reality was not open but above all was 30 km away. Congratulations, you put my health at risk, which is exactly what a pharmacist should do. On top of that it made me wander around Turin all night. Good job
I am calling to find out the availability of a drug. "One minute while I finish serving." Ok, no problem, I'll wait. I ended the call after SEVENTEEN MINUTES in which I heard the personal data - residence, names, surnames, telephone numbers - of the patients who were being swabbed (yes, I also heard the results). HEAVY CONGRATULATIONS. 1. If you can't make it, tell me to call back later 2. Use the "mute" button I will NEVER go to this pharmacy AGAIN.
