Who, instead of delivering the package directly to us, (and saying that we were specifically at home for 5 - five days waiting for it!), left it in a nearby bar, where it obviously remained for 5 days. and there could have been more if we hadn't "discovered" it by chance. Therefore the courier violated our privacy, especially since it was medicines, he did not inform us of who had made the delivery, he disturbed unsuspecting third parties, we had to make multiple phone calls, as well as fill in and send a signature disavowal form, etc. , wasting time and patience. Nocepharm apologized, but what changes? Use more efficient couriers!
