not very competent but they make up for it with arrogance and poor customer service
Friendly staff, but incorrect advice. They convinced me to try a Mycli face cream for 149 euros, guaranteeing that it was excellent. When I get home I discover that it is full of silicones (by now everyone knows that they are bad for you) and what's more, on any site it costs 30 to 40 euros less. Ergo, a terrible purchase, expensive and poor quality. They are kind, but not helpful. Sin
