Wondeful place.

I went to get 2 ears pierced. The first one after a month I was forced to have it closed because it never showed signs of improving, in fact it had progressively worsened until it became irremediably infected (I already have other earrings made elsewhere and something like this has never happened to me); the second one, after three months, still didn't heal and he too slowly got worse so I was forced to have that closed too. Moral of the story I wasted my money and got nothing

I needed this pharmacy (which I didn't know) for swabs. This is why I gave two stars: my experience had two sides, that of the doctor without a coat (whose name I don't know, but I'll get over it) who placed himself in a certainly particular situation (but not only for him, I would like to remind him), in a rude, unavailable and unprofessional manner and the reassuring manner of Doctor Enrico who with grace, courtesy and competence welcomed everyone's requests, demonstrating that one can do one's job, even in difficult moments, with kindness and respect ! Well, if it had been only for him my stars would have been five!

I called to take a swab, even if vaccinated, I do it to meet my family after two years... The pharmacist replied to me that "here there are people who lose their jobs and to be careful they can do it at home". The result is that there are no swabs to be carried out at home: she was left without an appointment and without a swab. Shame!

very friendly, helpful and professional staff! This is our regular pharmacy we go to and we are very happy and satisfied with it. Thanks to all the staff. we are very happy to have them here.
