Went here on a Sunday to get a rapid antigen test. Be prepared to wait more than 2 hours in line. Doors open at 9...and you may not have to wait as long. 15 euros like normal. You will get the test here on a Sunday. Staff inside was cheerful and easy-going once you take your test. Then back outside, wait another 30 min to get results. Bring something to do in line.
The best customer experience is defined by empathy. We were trying to find an open pharmacy to do rapid tests for almost 6h in the center of Milan, on Sunday. When we called the pharmacists and explained that we were going to miss our flight the next morning, they gently helped us -after the closing hour- so that they can serve us with the rapid tests. Highly recommended for the professionalism and willingness to help.
Fast, professional & really kind pharmacists! They accepted us for rapid Covid test on Sunday evening out of operating time while all the others pharmacies were closed. Clean & well organized too.
Very nice and professional pharmacy. They were the only pharmacy performing rapid covid test after 5pm in the duomo area that I could find. Both test were done within 15 mins and were valid for my united airlines international flight. Highly recommend in case of last minute test.
