Rude and arrogant staff, there were 15 minutes left before closing and the pharmacist refused to "help" me perform a quick swab on my child telling me that "they too have a life" I won't go back never again. not recommended!!
An experience to forget... 40 minutes of useless waiting to replace a pediatric syrup purchased millions of times (in other pharmacies) and which this time came out damaged. After this long wait I am told that it cannot be replaced because it has been opened... What a shame... How could I have ever said that the medicine was spoiled if not by opening it? Fortunately, by contacting the manufacturing company directly we solved the problem even though, rightly, the person who was responsible for resolving the inconvenience said that the matter had to be managed by the pharmacy and that it was logical that to verify the non-compliance it was necessary to open this blessed syrup... SHAME... ABSOLUTELY NOT TO BE RETURNED.
Terrible!!! If by chance you happen to get the wrong medicine, they don't change the product for any reason.. availability equal to nothing
