Fully stocked! Super well-stocked and very large pharmacy. Directly on the main road and with good parking. The staff is friendly and helpful but the thing that really surprised me is the automated vertical warehouse for medicines: this allows you to reduce waiting times for customers. Congratulations Nuova Farmacia del Guercino, keep the good job!

Efficient, kind and competent pharmacy, they never leave you in difficulty as has happened to me elsewhere. And reading the various reviews, starting from the assumption that pharmacists are human beings too, sometimes they can even be tired! What matters is the practical side, the efficiency of never leaving yourself alone with health problems. Well done everyone.

Too slow... in my opinion they are not organized well! Nothing to say however about availability and kindness! In response to your answer, the problem of slowness is always there and it does not depend on the reduced staff!

Kind, helpful and qualified doctors

I give you one star out of pity. There isn't a time I call and you deign to answer me. There are at least 5/6 of you employees and there is not even ONE of you who has the decency and respect to respond. Every time I have to call back again and again in a row, so that when YOU TIRED of hearing the phone ring then you listen. We don't really talk about it live in the shop, queues up to the front door even at 8.30 in the morning. Honestly, if every time I have to go crazy to get a hearing or waste 3 hours there, inside a pharmacy, I quite simply, CHANGE IT. I can understand a couple of people as I can understand that sometimes you don't answer because you are full, but ALWAYS NO and what's more, some of your employees are also rude.
