I've been going to this pharmacy since the first day it opened... By far the staff who were there before were much better... smiling, polite, empathetic. Nowadays with the new staff I can't say the same thing, the curly lady with long hair doesn't even look in the face when she says hello, no smile. I delivered a prescription and while I waited he just talked about his business with his colleague, a gentleman behind me complained about the queue that had been created.
