I purchased a product given the amount which in my opinion was excessive, I looked for the same product/no. tablets result 16 Euros less I have no adequate adjectives to judge other than disgust
I don't usually write reviews on the places I frequent, but this pharmacy certainly deserves a "special" mention: in the late afternoon I go in to buy some products for my newborn son and, while waiting for my turn, I involuntarily slip a glass jar which is on display as a body cream tester. The pharmacist appears from the counter without hiding her disappointment and hands me a roll of absorbent paper inviting me with little politeness "to at least clean up!" I apologize by offering to pay for the jar, even if it is a tester, and, worried about the little girl who has just entered the pharmacy with her father, I collect the glass fragments from the floor as best I can. When my turn comes, the pharmacist comes over to check if everything has been cleaned up and scolds me, noticing that some fragments have remained on the floor, so I point out to her that I don't see well, having just undergone an eye exam. The lady pharmacist adds: according to her, even more so, I shouldn't have touched anything in the shop to avoid breaking. At this point I force myself not to say anything else, I approach the counter and ask the price of the glass jar that I broke: the pharmacist explains to me that she will be forced to open a new jar to replace the tester that I dropped and drops and issues the The last receipt I will collect in this pharmacy. The amount? A whopping 9.90 euros!
I went in for the first time and there was a rude and arrogant doctor! Second time same lady same rudeness! I will never enter again! I had to give 1 star because you can't do less.
The new management has brought a breath of fresh air and professionalism. Friendly, competent staff always available to provide advice, qualities not always found in other pharmacies in Savona.
