The only pharmacy in the area (I'm from Montopoli) willing to give me an urgent swab after 8pm on Sunday, for an operation. Kind, professional, understanding and reliable owner-pharmacist. Absolutely grateful.
I went to this pharmacy to carry out a molecular swab and I must say that I found the staff to be kind, knowledgeable and above all ready to answer every question. I haven't used the pharmacy service yet but I must say that it is a place I will gladly return to. Advised!
I find it truly unacceptable that people are charged €7.50 more for the purchase of medicines in the evening/night hours. It is ethically shameful to think that those who certainly not out of habit find themselves having to find medicines for themselves or their family are penalized. Embarassing.
I called to see if it was possible to book a swab on Sunday (seeing that the pharmacy was open on the site) and he immediately replied with "but do you work on Sunday? We are closed" I told him that I had seen the pharmacy open from the site and immediately: "do you know what it means to work 24 hours a day?! give me one Sunday"... AWFUL, RUDE AND RUDE.
