Hello everyone, yesterday evening I went to this pharmacy to swab my daughter for returning to school, I had with me the prescription given by the doctor, but as soon as the lady at the pharmacy sees it she starts screaming "No No it's not good " inventing absurd things to avoid accepting the request and forcing me to do it for a fee. Before returning home I checked with the relevant people and the prescription was valid in all respects. I find it shameful, the pharmacist rude and dishonest. I advise against going there. I will definitely NEVER go in AGAIN! I give one star out of obligation

Terrible! They refused to take the swab for free, because the school's communication does not include the start date of quarantine... It is written that the class is in quarantine due to two positive cases until today 01/31... I tried to explain, as if they didn't know, that in these cases the protocol provides for a 10-day quarantine, therefore 01/31 (end of quarantine) - 10 days = 01/21, but I was told that the mathematics is questionable !!! Not only that... first they claimed that by submitting similar communications they did not obtain reimbursements from the region... then that the communication must be from the pediatrician... then no, from the school... then no, from the region... then not even the hygiene office... Basically, they don't even know what documentation is needed and they find any kind of pretext. In fact, the same documentation was accepted both in the Galta pharmacy and in the Fossò pharmacy.

Well-stocked, tidy village pharmacy run by people I have always found kind. Definitely one of the best pharmacy in the area.
