I report a "theft" just committed by this pharmacy: COVID swab carried out and paid 20 Euros but without issuing any certificate regarding the outcome. When asked why you don't give the certificate, the answer was: because we are not equipped! And without notifying me beforehand or even apologizing afterwards! We'll see what the competent authorities think in the next few days. This is where the license needs to be revoked!
Paying €25 for after sun which costs €10/12 in other pharmacies seems like theft to me. Never to see each other again
