Let's start by saying that if I could give one star I would!!!! However, the situation is the following: I went to the pharmacy with a serious sunburn all over my body and the pharmacist told me that for my symptoms it was enough to put on a simple after sun cream (STRANGARILY THE AFTER SUN CREAM WAS A PRODUCT MADE BY THEM) . In the evening, after washing I applied the cream, the situation did not change in the slightest but at most worsened since my body had assumed the temperature of a radiator. To conclude, I strongly advise you not to even take an "oki" from people who want you to buy only for their personal gain and not for the simple pleasure and DUTY of helping someone. How disgusting.

Aside from the fact that in a holiday resort all-day opening hours would be the best choice, on a hot August afternoon I queued up waiting for the pharmacy to open, as per the sign on the window, at 3.30pm. There were at least ten other people waiting with me who only saw the front door open at 3.38pm and this in itself is an indication of lack of professionalism. Not a smile, little empathy, staff who were more annoyed than welcoming, I who was looking for an opinion practically made the diagnosis myself. I was given an ointment that did not solve my problem in the slightest, in fact in the following days I went elsewhere where at least they listened to me, asked me questions, examined the part of the body that was the subject of the problem. And they even survived without dying from fatigue or charging a premium for the service.

I don't even want to dwell on it. My mother-in-law falls in the hotel lobby and breaks her lip, losing a lot of blood. As soon as she calmed down, my husband and I quickly went to the pharmacy to get something to help her. Our "tragic mistake" was, in our haste, leaving the cash at the hotel. I couldn't make the payment via the app, so I asked the courtesy of being able to let my husband return to the hotel with the drugs and I would stay in the pharmacy to guarantee my good faith until he returned with the money (I think so approximately 15 minutes). I was certain of the understanding of a person whose job is to give advice and take care of people's health. He literally took the bag out of my hand and told me to leave and come back with the money. Aside from the ugly gesture, the arrogance with which he addressed us left me perplexed. Maybe, just maybe, certain jobs should only be done if you have a certain "vocation". My mistake, the cash oversight, better careless than poor inside.

Not professional at all, and very incompetent. My 2 month old grandson was born with a significant milk intolerance, so I had to buy a specific milk ordered by the pediatrician. When ordering I was told that the product appeared to be unavailable. I insisted that the milk arrive and quickly, as a matter of life and death for the baby. The milk arrived after 5 days and to our utter dismay. It arrives in Milan the same day!!!!
