Personally, I have only been there once and I found a lot of courtesy and professionalism on the part of the Doctor who looked after me. He also gave me a discount on a product that I have to buy every month, which has never happened in my local pharmacy, so I really appreciated it! Since last week, pharmacies have also been doing swabs for those who have had Covid and therefore "closing the case", avoiding the endless queues at the Dolo hospital. My husband took the swab today and the Doctor followed him step by step with the procedure to get the greenpass updated. He was very satisfied!

Two weeks before the mandatory greenpass for workers in the private sector comes into force I call and they proudly tell me that they have adopted the policy of not making reservations so I organize myself accordingly. Today Monday the 18th I go to queue and I discover that all the people are booked, I ask for information and a rude person (I assume the owner) replies to me saying that they have changed and that two weeks ago it was two weeks ago. I'm a very civil person so I didn't create a useless controversy so as not to waste the time of the other people who booked. Personally I will avoid this pharmacy.

I took my children to be swabbed with the pediatrician's referral that would entitle me to a free swab. They told me to keep the referral because they made me pay for the swab anyway since the State is slow in reimbursing me. Maybe I can even understand them, but I didn't like the ways. I reply to your answer: You told me to keep the application and you didn't even look at it!!! How can you tell me it was incomplete?!? This is a complete lie!! Look, I still have them!
