I confirm what other people have written. Really rude customer service. I go with my boyfriend to book some tests, 5 to be exact, during the opening hours of the CUP. We are welcomed by the warm pharmacist who replies to our request "ah but I'll only book one for you, not the others because otherwise I have to stay here all afternoon". Surprise: it's your job. I point out that there was no one else besides us at that moment. We went to the Lloyds pharmacy, nearby, and another pharmacist booked all the tests for us in 10 minutes. Incredible to have to waste time because a pharmacist doesn't want to do what she is paid to do.

I went to get an eye contour cream that was "ophthalmologically tested" and they gave me what they thought they wanted without the wording that I had requested. Moral: unused 20 euro cream.

They don't even know what customer service means... Extremely serious, annoyed and unsympathetic. Not recommended!

Trained, friendly and helpful staff. Advise.
