Usually all the staff are very kind and helpful, today the exception was made by a gentleman (maybe a doctor, I don't know) who was very rude both in his way of speaking and in his non-verbal approach.
Arrogant and disrespectful characters... I took my daughter to have her blood sugar tested, they made us wait half an hour for a pharmacist to free up after she had let everyone through, I asked when it's my turn, woe betide me for asking, she started to get upset immediately after a while he let us in and the doctor who was doing the test said that if we don't want to wait they could send us away... In the meantime while I was waiting the lady with the graying hair was angry with the children and said to wait outside in the heat look at such arrogant characters and they better not be behind the counter I will never enter that place again.
I give five stars but they deserve at least ten!!! They are doing an excellent job with vaccinations. Better than downtown hubs. Short waiting times. The guy who distributes the numbers is very kind. The secretaries who register the vaccination are quick and the doctor who vaccinates is very kind and friendly. Very very good indeed 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
My experience with this pharmacy concerns the third booster dose of the anti-covid vaccine. I did it this afternoon and I was really impressed by the organization and management of the entire process in their vaccination hub. As an unbooked person, I can say that I took the number at 2.20pm and at 4.15pm I had already finished everything, despite those who had booked, who rightly had priority. Consider that the vaccines start at 3.30pm so I would say a quite acceptable wait, they are very organised, fast and competent. Congratulations indeed for the opportunity you offer on direct access, even without reservation.
Swabs and vaccines: rudeness, disorganization and incompetence. The gentleman who takes care of the swabs spoke in such an arrogant manner to an 80-year-old lady who asked him a simple question that made me not want to have him do a test. Extremely not recommended
