Terrible!! After a night of 39 fever I called at 08.30 - asking for the courtesy of a home delivery. I need something, very urgently, like Tachipirina, brufen, in short, something that will help me bring the temperature down below 39* degrees. We point out everything on the phone, but we are told that deliveries will be made between 10.00 and 13.00 - I would like to point out that we live 200m away! Around 12.00, since I'm hot and I don't have anything at home, I call back to ask if the delivery has started at my home. Nothing to do yet, nothing! But despite the explanations and despite being doctors, did they understand the urgency? I think not. A monstrous lack of care towards women in particular. At 1.12pm I call again to ask for news, a pseudo doctor says ready but hands me the phone. I listen and scream to get the attention of this operator, but nothing can be done. Nothing happens. I hang up and try to call back, naturally she was careful to put the phone back. Always occupied. As I write to you it is 1.51pm - no one has arrived, a "stupid" experience!! It wasn't a courtesy, a quirk, bringing my medicines home, but a very serious thing that they didn't understand in this pharmacy, due to the great arrogance and superficiality with which they work. DISGUSTED.

Friendly but very slow staff. The internal organization probably needs to be improved to reduce times and queues which are always very long.

Professionalism, competence, courtesy, availability... The customer is looked after, advised appropriately and immediately feels at ease, thank you!
