First episode: I bought an ointment, which the doctor then made me change the same day, and even though it was sealed I wasn't given the opportunity to change it... and ok, fine... Second episode: I showed up to buy an antibiotic for a child, with a red prescription made by the hospital "outside the region", and I was told that it would cost around 9 euros because the prescription was from another region... on fortunately the product was not at home and had to be ordered. Purchasing it at another nearby pharmacy I paid ZERO euros...
I used it for years but then I found an unavailable sales assistant
The staff a little too fussy otherwise ok
