A few weeks ago I took some medicines, about 10 boxes, with my doctor's prescription and I also asked for a pack of Be-total which I paid for regularly. When I got home I realized that this supplement had not been included in the sachet that contained all the medicines. I often work outside and have not been able to return to the pharmacy; today, needing some medicines and being in Città di Castello, I went to the pharmacy and pointed this out, telling them about the mistake that had been made by the doctor who had served me. The answer was that he didn't understand anything and if I wanted a box of be-total I had to pay for it. I didn't insist even for a second. The fault for all this is mine twice: first because I didn't check what was put in my medicine bag (but I challenge anyone to see who does) and secondly because with this action, I felt humiliated and offended, in as the answer presupposed that I wanted to be clever. I believe that greater attention to customers is fundamental since I will live the same without the be-total box, but those who are in the public sector should have a different approach with customers, also because knowing the owners who are excellent people, it could at least hear from someone else before mortifying me by effectively passing myself off as someone who was trying to steal a medicine. Often it doesn't take much to make people feel defenseless in the face of an act that was certainly not that of stealing something that I had paid for, but which was not given to me.

A pharmacy that you don't expect because despite being quite isolated, once you enter it amazes you with its organization. Beautiful, large, numbers at the entrance useful for everyone to respect their turn, several numbered counters, even a system that automatically sends the medicine to the doctor without having to move from one's workstation. Sincere congratulations! 👍🏻

The lady who served me today in the early afternoon treated me with an air of condescension and in a rude manner. There was no one in line, it wasn't a stressful moment due to the high turnout
