I'm leaving now from this pharmacy where I often use it and I ask for an over-the-counter product... I ask for an ointment and they try to give me the product with a brush... which coincidentally costs 10 euros more... I insist and find myself hearing myself being given a long speech on the best effectiveness of the same... and then the doctor introduced herself like this despite my insistence on having the product in cream, she tries again to make me change my mind by asking me if it was suggested to me by a doctor... now I'll clarify that we're talking about an ointment no big deal but I say at 55 years old at least with an over the counter product I can buy what I want or not.. and above all if his was meant to be advice he should have been much more polite and not so insistent... luckily this isn't usually the case.
Always open, good prices, competent and they almost always have all the products in stock, it doesn't get better than this..... it doesn't get any better
A certainty. Trained and kind staff, if there are a lot of people the drive is very convenient, especially if you don't feel well and don't want to queue, which in any case is always smooth.
If I could I would even give 0 stars. I finish the night shift and since my partner and I work a lot, I decide to go to the municipal pharmacy since they "guarantee" a 24-hour service, but apparently that's not the case! I rang the bell as instructed and a man answered saying he would arrive immediately, but he didn't, I waited more than half an hour and then left empty-handed.
Staff bordering on rudeness, I come in not being from Alessandria and not having noticed that the number was needed, I exclaim out loud that I only realized afterward that the number was needed and I mock to take it, the sales assistant is rude towards me . My turn comes and I point out that I wasn't aware of how it worked since I wasn't from Alessandria, but that there was no point in answering in that way. Obviously her colleague joins her. Not even the decency to apologize. Never again in this pharmacy! I give one star because I can't give less than one
