I was very hesitant to go to the pharmacy on duty to get a medicine, unfortunately I felt forced due to the chronic excruciating headache that I have been carrying since I had surgery for a cerebellar tumor. I travel 15 km to go to the the only pharmacy on duty in the nearest lower Brescia area. Aware that the call amounted to €7.50. Sound. I see this face in the distance peering at me, at which point I didn't understand whether I should go in or not, I open the door (open, so I didn't try to force anything) and I hear the pharmacist whistle, shouting "out!" as if I were a stray who had broken into a private property... I kindly ask for my medicine and when I deliver it to the counter, the pharmacist exhorts with a "lucky thing I was still awake, otherwise you would come and sleep with me" (it was 10.30pm). Starting from the assumption that I paid for the call and the "pharmacy on duty" service is optional, I would have expected a minimum of seriousness, but instead I found myself faced with a rude and unsympathetic person. Next time I'd rather do 30 km, but for the poor service I was offered, this and more.
