With a prescription from the emergency room for three days of injections, one in the morning and one in the evening, the pharmacist only gave me a box with three injections and for another three injections I have to go to the GP and return to the pharmacy again. I'm not well, how am I supposed to do all these rounds, wow? I asked for the syringes and the pharmacist asked me if she had to give them, (no, she had to give me Papa Francesco), what a stupid question, how do I get the injection without a syringe? I don't understand this service, can't you hire good people or in such an important service do you only hire "eyes"? With severe pain, how do I do all the turns? Help!
I went on Sunday afternoon, the doctor was very kind and gave me medicines and directed me to solve a problem. I recommend her 👍

Arrived at my house, 6 AM Sunday, went to get the medicine I need and it turns out that I HAVEN'T checked and ONE medicine that I requested is missing, we can all make mistakes, it's true, but the part relating to the lack of desire on the part of the customer service team is clearly not satisfied, I BELIEVE NOT request for a FAVOR, I pay FOR THE MEDICINE AND ALL THE TAX CHARGES I HAVE TO PAY FOR....so I was nice, polite I did not receive the same treatment and Despite this I arrived home, BELIEVING THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK!!!! BUT NONNNN, I was wrong for not looking carefully at everything I had done with the recipe is TRUE...I was also wrong to trust...I'm weak in physical health, now also in mental health due to contributions from others....FOR COURTESY....help for the mental health that remains for me more less....Yes, I'll return, I would like help FIRST FOR ME.. how should I behave so that I can have a fair, correct, honest, safe and kind service? I went to buy a pack of diapers, telling the pharmacist who needed them, since the weight wasn't indicated but only the waist size... Regardless of the price, 24 euros, after 2 days I went with the receipt to replace it because they didn't fit well and I was told that the pharmacy didn't sell t-shirts and couldn't replace them once the package was opened, that if I wanted the next day I could talk to the store manager, that I could find a person who could go to the mistake is good, that if accepted they would have lost 24 euros, etc etc.. I wonder the right for a consumer is not applicable for opened and unused pharmaceutical products.. how could I not open the package to check the size?
I had to go there for an emergency, i.e. urgent purchase of Aspirin, which I didn't have and wanted because of pain in my heart. The emergency medical service I had called had been of no use, only trying to offload responsibility and telling me to go to the emergency room. I had already had a similar negative experience a year earlier, promising myself rather than kick the bucket at home. So I decided to use the hospital pharmacy, and at midnight I was served by a kind pharmacist who I had phoned in advance (I didn't know she was open all the time). I was thus able to do it alone, taking on the responsibility that a doctor from the Emergency Medical Service had declined. Lots of fuss, but timeliness is important, and he was just making speeches, unloading. I couldn't have the Cardioaspirin instead because it would have required the prescription, but I took half a 350g Aspirin. Thanks to the always open pharmacy, which fortunately I had close to home, and in which only one pharmacist ensured a true continuity of care service, in this case pharmacological. I didn't feel abandoned. Thank you.
