the pharmacy is located in the central via Matteotti in Bazzano Valsamoggia. Wide assortment of drugs and parapharmacy products and cosmetics. Staff polite and helpful but very slow in serving customers. Often need to wait a long time. Overall, the opinion is positive.

Terrible pharmacy. Incompetent, rude and disrespectful workers. The staff was terrible, they couldn't even help me with an URGENT problem. They act like know-it-alls and don't even know how things work. I wonder who makes them work on these.

Trained and kind staff. Many additional services and special promotions. Convenient to the center. They always have new initiatives in mind for the well-being of their customers and the community in which they operate

It is difficult to find a pharmacy where you are comfortable. They support you with professionalism, empathy and friendliness. Whatever you need, even just one piece of advice, they are always there.
