I went to the Ovidio Pharmacy last week to buy a syrup for dry throat and the pharmacist strongly recommended the syrup with the "Farmacia Ovidio" brand ALTEAflu cough telling me explicitly that it worked, I would have bought a medicine instead. I finished the whole bottle but the cough never went away. I report a lack of effectiveness of the product.

Excellent service, super prepared and kind

Yesterday I went into the pharmacy when there was a queue that went all the way to the supermarket, politely asking to be served first since I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy and have back and circulation problems in my legs, but I was rudely invited. to get in the queue, as if I wanted to be clever by taking advantage of my status when everywhere pregnant and disabled women have the right of way and have reserved lanes. I don't think I'll go back again

I don't usually review places but when I find, after a long period of frequenting, great competence and great courtesy, I feel almost obliged: in many years as a customer of pharmacies, I have not found one like this. Chapeau!

The staff is courteous but often you have to wait until the next day to get the medicines because they don't have any supplies in the shop.
